In this role, you will be the bridge between conceptual design and mass manufacturing, ensuring every curve, angle, and technical specification meets the highest industry standards.
As a key member of our engineering department, you will utilize state-of-the-art 3D modeling tools to translate complex design packages into production-ready blueprints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize tooling processes and refine grading techniques, directly influencing the comfort, performance, and aesthetic quality of high-end footwear products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine 3D product designs based on technical packages and footwear specifications.
- Translate creative design concepts into accurate technical files for manufacturing and tooling.
- Perform precise grading across all size ranges to ensure mass production consistency.
- Collaborate with the R&D and tooling teams to troubleshoot technical limitations in the design process.
- Ensure all CAD outputs comply with internal manufacturing rules and international quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of design revisions and technical modifications.
- Support the prototyping phase by providing technical insights for mold development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in footwear CAD development or 3D technical design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Rhino 3D, SolidWorks, or specialized footwear CAD programs (e.g., Crispin/Delcam).
- In-depth understanding of footwear anatomy, mold construction, and injection molding processes.
- Strong grasp of size grading principles and manufacturing tolerances.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and convert them into 3D geometry.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
