Are you a detail-oriented design professional with a passion for precision? We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our growing engineering team in the West Region. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex engineering concepts into high-quality technical drawings for acoustic wall panels, custom sheet metal fabrication, and modular product development.
As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with lead engineers and production specialists to ensure that every design meets stringent quality and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D technical drawings and layouts for acoustic wall panels and modular furniture components.
- Convert conceptual design sketches into precise manufacturing drawings for sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to interpret design requirements and ensure technical specifications are met.
- Maintain and update document control systems and engineering revision logs for all ongoing projects.
- Perform field measurements and site audits as required to support design accuracy.
- Support the production team by resolving technical issues and clarifying drawing specifications during the fabrication stage.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety and building industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in CAD drafting, preferably in sheet metal, interior construction, or modular manufacturing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with SolidWorks or BIM software is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly sheet metal fabrication and assembly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the West Region of Singapore.
