We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter specializing in Civil Works to join Intelassist Inc. This is a hybrid position based in the vibrant Eastwood Libis area, Metro Manila. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in a nightshift schedule to effectively support US-based projects. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for transforming complex engineering concepts into precise, high-quality drawings and documentation.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that all drafting deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and revise detailed civil engineering drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret technical requirements and translate them into accurate visual documentation.
- Update existing drawings and blueprints to reflect design changes, modifications, or as-built conditions.
- Ensure all drafting work complies with local and international engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs (MTO) for construction projects.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal teams to resolve design discrepancies and clarify project specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including legends, schedules, and technical annotations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter, specifically within the Civil Works or Construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD/Civil engineering software (e.g., Civil 3D).
- Experience supporting US-based projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a nightshift environment and maintain high productivity during off-hours.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and material properties.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a hybrid team setting.
