Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive ELV and security system drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and project execution teams to ensure drawing accuracy meets project requirements.
- Create detailed floor plans, riser diagrams, and equipment layouts for security systems.
- Revise existing drawings based on client feedback, design changes, or site conditions.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with relevant industry standards and Singapore building regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tender packages and technical bids.
- Maintain an organized library of CAD files and technical archives for easy retrieval.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related engineering field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant drafting software with a strong portfolio of technical drawings.
- Proven experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) or Security Systems drafting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and electrical standards is highly desirable.
