We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled CAD Drafter to join our expanding team in Johor Bahru. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed structural and architectural drawings using CAD software for various building projects.
- Prepare comprehensive authority submission drawings in compliance with local regulatory standards.
- Perform thorough code compliance checks to ensure all designs meet safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external engineers, consultants, and internal project teams to resolve technical conflicts.
- Maintain and update CAD templates, libraries, and standards to ensure consistency across the firm.
- Assist in the review of construction documents to identify and rectify potential design discrepancies.
- Manage document control processes for project submissions and revisions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in structural or architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit or BIM-related software is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian building codes, UBBL, and authority submission requirements.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings and integrate them with architectural layouts.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and technical accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
