In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to create and modify detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections. Your expertise will ensure that all designs are accurate, compliant with local regulations, and ready for construction. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Revise existing drawings and as-built documents to reflect engineering changes and site conditions.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and project specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and architects to clarify design requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain and organize drawing libraries, ensuring proper layer management, version control, and file naming conventions.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and quantity surveys to support project budgeting and procurement.
- Attend site meetings to understand project requirements and provide technical support as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a CAD Drafter in the construction or architectural industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software with a strong understanding of advanced features.
- Excellent knowledge of local building codes, construction standards, and zoning regulations in the Philippines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex engineering schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
