Mr Bagus Malaysia is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draughtsman to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and modify high-quality 2D technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into accurate construction documents.
- Review and revise existing blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed material lists and bills of quantities for project estimation and procurement.
- Conduct site measurements and generate as-built drawings as required by the project timeline.
- Maintain a clean and organized digital filing system for all project drawings and revisions.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and project presentations when needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in CAD drafting within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit, or other CAD software with a strong understanding of drafting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce precise technical drawings under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and construction standards is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans and engineering specifications.
