Energizer Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled CAD Engineer to join our technical team in Kabupaten Tangerang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our engineering design process, responsible for creating, revising, and maintaining precise electrical and civil technical drawings. You will collaborate closely with project managers and field engineers to ensure that all design specifications are met with accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project execution from the drafting phase through to completion. We are looking for a professional who is proficient in industry-standard CAD software, possesses a strong understanding of technical standards, and is committed to delivering high-quality documentation that ensures the safety and functionality of our infrastructure projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine detailed electrical and civil technical drawings using CAD software.
- Revise existing designs based on feedback from engineering teams and project stakeholders.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with company standards, safety regulations, and local engineering codes.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to provide clear, actionable blueprints and schematics.
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify measurements and assess design feasibility.
- Maintain a well-organized database of project drawings, revisions, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical design bottlenecks effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a CAD drafting or engineering support role.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and civil construction drawing standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot design-related issues.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-paced engineering team.
