Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and blueprints based on architectural sketches and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy and project feasibility.
- Modify existing designs to incorporate revisions and feedback from project stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of digital drawings and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and ensure site conditions match the prepared CAD plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project-specific standards.
- Support the project management team by providing timely and accurate visual data for construction progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Operator, preferably in the construction or heavy industry sector.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and other design-related software (Revit or SketchUp is a plus).
- Strong understanding of structural details, technical drafting symbols, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent spatial reasoning and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate or be assigned to work sites in Cabantian or Mintal, Davao.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced joint venture environment.
