Tanggung Jawab
- Create and modify precise 2D and 3D architectural drawings adhering to strict Japanese design standards.
- Develop detailed exterior plans and layouts for various residential and commercial projects.
- Utilize advanced software tools, including Lumion, to produce high-quality architectural visualizations and renderings.
- Coordinate with international design teams to ensure project specifications are accurately reflected in technical documentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks on all design drafts to ensure compliance with client requirements and technical guidelines.
- Manage multiple design tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising on accuracy.
- Participate in design review meetings to provide technical insights and updates on project progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a CAD Operator or in a similar design-focused role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms).
- Experience or a strong interest in 3D visualization tools such as Lumion or V-Ray.
- A strong understanding of architectural detailing and exterior design principles.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and convert them into precise digital models.
- Highly detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to task management and project delivery.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
