Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules for restaurant equipment and kiosk infrastructure.
- Supervise and coordinate with on-site technicians to ensure repairs are completed according to company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues before they impact daily operations.
- Support the facilities team in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing concerns within cafe branches.
- Document maintenance activities, repair costs, and equipment performance for management reporting.
- Collaborate with store managers to resolve operational bottlenecks caused by facility constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all service locations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a valid PRC license is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively guide technical teams.
- Willingness to travel between various restaurant and kiosk locations within Metro Manila.
- Amenable to working on a shifting schedule as required by operational demands.
- Basic knowledge of office software (MS Excel/Word) for documentation and reporting.
