Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and commissioning of sample production lines for new product models
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Support implementation of engineering standards and quality control protocols in production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment efficiency
- Document technical specifications, test results, and process improvements for engineering records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce production costs
- Report progress and technical challenges to senior engineers for guidance and resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production line operations
- Familiarity with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methodologies preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering documentation tools
