Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in on-the-job training across various production lines and facility maintenance departments.
- Assist senior engineers in the daily monitoring of plant operations to ensure peak efficiency.
- Conduct routine technical inspections and support the implementation of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Document operational data and assist in the analysis of process performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and improve workflow productivity.
- Support safety and compliance audits to ensure all work adheres to strict food safety and company regulations.
- Develop technical proficiency with manufacturing equipment and automated industrial systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or licensed engineers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
