Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineering staff in the execution of day-to-day technical operations and site projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor equipment performance to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, data logs, and project progress updates for management review.
- Participate in the troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of systems and machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all engineering designs, revisions, and project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; license is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, or relevant engineering software.
