Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior engineers in designing and optimizing poultry processing equipment and systems
- Conduct technical inspections and maintenance checks on machinery and facilities
- Participate in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions
- Support the development and implementation of safety protocols and quality standards
- Document engineering processes, maintenance logs, and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production efficiency projects
- Monitor energy consumption and contribute to sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering
- Strong academic background with good scholastic standing (GPA 2.5+)
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and CAD software
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced production environments
- Willingness to learn industry-specific poultry processing technologies
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to company sites
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino
