Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of operational workflows to ensure targets are met within the manufacturing and recycling facilities.
- Monitor logistics and transport scheduling to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all operational areas.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Support site coordinators in troubleshooting day-to-day equipment or supply chain bottlenecks.
- Participate in training modules focused on specialized recycling technologies and industrial processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team coordination.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- A proactive approach to workplace safety and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and recycling methodologies.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident status preferred.
