Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of baristas and service staff to ensure high performance.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on beverages and food products to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with management to implement new strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing, brewing equipment, and café operations.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a standing-only environment.
