Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to customers with attention to presentation and quality
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, counter, and back-of-house
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and inventory as needed throughout the shift
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks as required by the café's menu
