Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a pleasant and memorable first impression.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light snacks according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders, handle payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment at all times, including sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies.
- Assist in food preparation and plating to maintain high quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily registers with precision.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, making change, and calculating bills.
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable transportation to the East Region location.
