As a Cafe Crew, you will be the face of our cafe—taking orders, preparing beverages and ice cream, handling transactions, and ensuring every guest feels valued. You will work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where teamwork and a positive attitude are key. We believe in creating great moments for our customers and each other.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately and process payments via POS system
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and ice cream creations
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including workstations and dining areas
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Positive and outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills (training provided)
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or a cafe role is an advantage
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for coffee and ice cream
