Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve quality beverages and food items according to recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, efficient interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas and equipment
- Operate coffee machines and kitchen appliances safely
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic food preparation or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical stamina for standing and light lifting during shifts
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours
- Valid Malaysian work authorization
