Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, pastries, and light meals according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and dining area at all times.
- Adhere to strict food safety, health, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly and reconcile daily transactions.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and placing orders for supplies.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining furniture after every shift.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a hospital or fine dining setting, is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when required.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
