Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dome Cafe's standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in both the front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and handle cash transactions.
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and cleaning duties as needed during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management to ensure stock availability.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift light objects, and move around the kitchen or dining area.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and making change.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong team player mentality.
