- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, pastries, and light meals according to brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and dining spaces
- Manage inventory restocking and basic cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Participate in product knowledge training and seasonal promotions
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in English and/or Malay
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques desirable
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
