Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items according to brand standards.
- Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash/digital transactions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Ensure efficient stock replenishment and inventory monitoring throughout the shift.
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with menu inquiries.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth cafe operations during peak morning and lunch hours.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work a consistent shift schedule (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of cafe equipment and food safety practices is preferred.
- Previous experience in food and beverage or retail is highly advantageous but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Must be comfortable working on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a busy college cafe setting.
