Tanggung Jawab
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Prepare and package customer orders, ensuring presentation meets Daribu’s high aesthetic standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and storage.
- Handle cash register duties, including balancing the drawer at the end of each shift.
- Assist in basic inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail/food service environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine love for coffee and food.
