Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the POS system and process customer transactions accurately.
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to Sweetoria's quality standards.
- Assist in light food preparation and ensuring kitchen items are ready for service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining, kitchen, and bar areas.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, handling inquiries and orders with a smile.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Possess a positive, proactive, and friendly personality.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work in shifts.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
