Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages according to Dome Cafe's recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the front of house and kitchen areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and beverage service techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
