Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cafe operations including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and develop team members through training, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Implement sustainability initiatives including waste reduction and eco-friendly sourcing
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and loyalty
- Comply with health/safety regulations and maintain operational excellence
- Foster positive team culture and community engagement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years cafe/hospitality management experience
- Proven team leadership and staff development capabilities
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability practices
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic financial acumen and reporting experience
