Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage daily cafe operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS systems
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability
- Implement and maintain food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and health regulations
- Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Monitor product quality and presentation, ensuring consistency across all offerings
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase customer traffic and sales
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for creating positive experiences
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, food handling, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and basic financial oversight
