Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cafe operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and implement customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor cafe staff on product knowledge, service protocols, and wellness principles
- Monitor financial performance through cost control measures and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote cafe offerings and events
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years cafe management experience in hospitality or resort settings
- Proven leadership skills with staff development experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations (SP POM)
- Experience with POS systems and cafe management software
- Creative mindset for developing seasonal menus and promotions
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
