Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end daily café operations to ensure smooth service flow and high productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise frontline staff to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial reports and operational data to improve cafe profitability.
  • Coordinate with management on marketing initiatives and menu promotions.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Cafe Management or a senior supervisory role within the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of F&B operational workflows, POS systems, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for quality service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety certifications (HACCP or similar) is highly preferred.
