As Cafe Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team while maintaining our reputation for quality beverages, culinary offerings, and warm hospitality. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cafe operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and implement customer service protocols to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and sales performance
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle vendor relationships, procurement, and supply chain management
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of cafe/restaurant management experience in hospitality sector
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory systems, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments during peak hours
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
