As the Cafe Manager, you will act as the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of service staff and kitchen personnel to maintain high performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and exceeding guest expectations.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize food waste to control costs.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation regulations in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
