Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the cafe team to deliver exceptional customer service standards.
- Oversee daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness across the outlet.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, waste reduction, and cost control.
- Handle scheduling for staff, ensuring optimal coverage for peak hours and business demands.
- Resolve customer feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of experience in cafe management or high-volume food service roles.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of POS systems and back-end inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a diverse work environment.
- Ability to commit to a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant certification in food and beverage hygiene is highly preferred.
