Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule cafe staff to maximize productivity and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and reduce wastage to optimize profitability.
- Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive cafe traffic and increase customer retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff regarding product knowledge and service excellence.
- Prepare daily and weekly financial reports, including cash handling and sales reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in cafe or restaurant management.
- Strong understanding of coffee brewing standards and cafe service workflow.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers and staff.
- Willingness to be based in Indonesia for the duration of the employment.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
