Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end cafe operations and school lunch service programs.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure peak performance.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and food cost control.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and handle procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all food preparation areas.
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs to drive profitability and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality control and consistent service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in cafe, restaurant, or catering operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards and operational health protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost-of-goods-sold analysis.
- Experience in high-volume food service, particularly school lunch or institutional catering, is a plus.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working in the Tabanan area.
