- Manage guest check-ins and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with operational teams (servers, cleaning service) for seamless service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about menu and services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including reservation management
- Support team collaboration during peak hours and special events
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (reservation systems, POS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
