Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
- Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service timing
- Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs or shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and equipment
- Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal specials
- Handle customer orders efficiently and communicate with service staff
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Cook in cafe or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of Indonesian cuisine and ingredients
- Physical stamina required for standing and extended kitchen hours
