Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to quality standards
- Present menu options and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food safety standards
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm during peak hours
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
