Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily cafe operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-service standards.
- Mentor and coach team members on hospitality excellence, coffee brewing techniques, and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and quality control of supplies.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, hygiene standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and duty rosters to optimize productivity.
- Drive sales initiatives and promote featured products to enhance the cafe's performance.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, waste, and operational efficiency for management review.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest-centric service.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak operational hours.
- Strong understanding of F&B hygiene and safety standards (e.g., Food Hygiene Certification).
- Proficient in POS systems and basic inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for artisanal products and the specialty coffee/ice cream culture.
