Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or via table service.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, pastries, and light meals according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen equipment.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage petty cash drawers.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or F&B service role is preferred.
- Strong passion for coffee and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new recipes and procedures.
