Tanggung Jawab
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and managing seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of customers.
- Preparing and serving food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders, handle payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including dining areas and service stations.
- Assisting with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Upselling products and promoting daily specials to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and preparing bills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
