Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare high-quality coffee beverages according to cafe standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe floor, counters, and dining areas.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring order accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a smile.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures to ensure cafe readiness.
- Manage basic POS transactions and handle cash registers accurately.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality role is an advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing light lifting.
- Clean, tidy appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Good understanding of spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
