Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Manage the coffee roasting process and maintain strict quality standards for all beverages and food items.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of baristas and front-of-house staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and implement strategies to minimize waste.
- Handle daily financial tasks, including cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and resolve any service issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or Hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, roasting, and specialty coffee trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven experience in managing P&L (Profit and Loss) and budgeting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
