Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise cafe staff during daily operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supply ordering
- Train and develop team members on service protocols
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively
- Monitor operational efficiency and suggest improvements
- Coordinate opening/closing procedures and cash management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cafe operations and POS systems
- Basic financial and inventory management skills
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Food safety certification preferred
