We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our growing team in Metro Manila. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our establishment while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and team performance.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cafe operations, from supervising staff performance to ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that drive productivity and enhance the overall dining experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of all rank and file team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting of daily transactions
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Prepare work schedules and manage staff attendance to optimize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a cafe, restaurant, or food service environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Filipino
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction and experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is a plus
