Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily café operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee financial aspects including cost control, cash handling, and sales reporting
- Implement health and safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards
- Develop promotional strategies to attract customers and boost revenue
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure positive dining experiences
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock ordering efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in café/hospitality settings
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of café operations, inventory systems, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic accounting and reporting software
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Relevant certification in hospitality management preferred
