Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
  • Lead, train, and mentor bar and beverage staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste while ensuring product availability.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Handle daily cash flow, sales reporting, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies and improve the cafe menu.
  • Conduct opening and closing duties, ensuring the premises are secure and well-maintained.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven working experience as a Cafe Supervisor, Bar Manager, or similar role in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bar and beverage operations, including coffee preparation and drink mixing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early or late hours.
  • Basic proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management software.
