In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing high-value financial transactions while ensuring a premium experience for our valued guests.
As a Cage Cashier, you will serve as the first point of contact for financial services within the resort. You will handle cash transactions with precision, reconcile daily takings, and adhere to strict gaming and financial regulations. We are looking for a candidate who combines strong numerical aptitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process all daily cash transactions, including buy-ins, change-outs, and payouts, with 100% accuracy.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare accurate financial reports for management review.
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons, answering inquiries regarding accounts and winnings efficiently.
- Adhere to all internal control procedures and gaming regulations to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure cashier station.
- Collaborate with the Cage Team to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar cashier, banking, or hospitality role.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and discretion when handling cash and sensitive information.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a valid Singapore work pass (or be eligible to work in Singapore).
